Sally is an accomplished executive search consultant, with deep experience of leading retained executive search and talent advisory assignments at C-level and one level below as well as for non-executive appointments. She has an impressive track record of successful placements in all the major global markets, across all key functions and covering wide range of sectors, including consumer and packaged goods, retail, technology, pharmaceuticals, and industrial.  She has a particular interest and focus on financial and professional services clients.

A qualified Hogan assessor, Sally also supports boards with the assessment of executive and ‘up and coming’ talent, including internal candidates.

Prior to joining Warren Partners, Sally has developed her expertise over 20+ years, working with leading executive search firms, market leading boutiques and running her own executive search business.  Her clients have ranged from FTSE 100 companies, through to SMEs, partnerships, privately owned and private equity backed businesses and start-ups. In the last few years she has worked with challenger brands as well as traditional corporates looking to hire disruptive talent to meet new market needs.

Sally’s passion is identifying, supporting and placing diverse talent, and partnering with clients that truly believe in the value of diversity of thought, supporting and developing their people to their fullest potential, and building sustainable, digitally enabled organisations.

Sally splits her time between the UK and south west France where she is also a volunteer “pompier” (paramedic/firefighter). She believes strongly in giving her time to serve others and feels privileged to be able to work with a talented team of like-minded volunteers. In addition, she mentors and coaches young people to support social mobility. Whatever free time is left is spent outdoors with her family and dogs – running, hiking, biking or gardening.
