Paul is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience across various industries, including technology, finance, and private equity-backed ventures. He has held pivotal roles in companies such as Interbrand, Sage Group, and Tunstall Healthcare, driving growth, operational transformation, and cultural change. At Sage Group, he spent 15 years culminating as CEO of the Northern Europe Division, growing revenues significantly.

Paul now serves as Chairman for several companies, including Ramarketing, Total Fitness, and Platinum Stairlifts, helping drive strategy, leadership development, and growth initiatives.

Paul is recognised for his people-centric leadership style, expertise in governance, and commitment to purpose-led businesses. Outside of work, he is passionate about family, cultural inclusion, and fostering innovation in every organisation he leads.
