Nia manages all aspects of finance for Warren Partners and is a crucial member of the operations team. She is focused on improving processes and driving efficiencies across the business. With a keen interest in the use of technology to solve problems, Nia has a forward thinking and commercial approach.

Before joining Warren Partners, Nia worked in several SMEs in the number one finance role. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with BDO where she spent many years working in audit before moving into industry.

Outside work, Nia can often be seen on the side of a football pitch cheering her children on. She enjoys live music, comedy evenings, the theatre and true crime podcasts. Nia has two dogs and loves nothing more than taking them on outdoor adventures.
