Korinna supports organisations undergoing change, growth and transformation, focusing on both non-executive and executive placements in equal measure. Her clients span a number of our practice areas, with depth in regulated sectors and the interface between public sector and commercial organisations, where Korinna is highly experienced and knowledgeable. Before joining Warren Partners, she developed an Infrastructure & Built Environment practice within the UK’s largest executive search firm.

Korinna has a wealth of experience in meeting the growing demand for emerging functional roles at executive level, which is driven by the necessity for businesses to focus on responsible business practices. She also leads on our sustainability searches, as well as Warren Partner’s interaction with Chapter Zero which aims to place more climate-competent non-executive directors.

Korinna regularly partners with bodies who are seeking to appoint ambitious and innovative talent. She is known for investing in her clients and candidates and developing long term relationships built on trust and transparency, with her candidates often becoming clients and vice versa when they are developing non-executive portfolios.

A qualified Hogan assessor, Korinna also supports boards with the assessment of executive and developing talent, including internal candidates.

A passionate advocate for social mobility and diversity, in her spare time she has fundraised for scholarships at Leeds University, as well as being a member of the Fundraising Committee for the Cornwall Community Foundation – a group that supports small community projects for the least advantaged in her home county.
