Julie is our longest tenured colleague – she knows Warren Partners inside out and plays a pivotal role supporting the business. Prior to Joelle Warren’s retirement, she provided her support in her role as our founder, Executive Director and Chair of our Employee-Owned Trust (EOT). Since 2023, Julie has provided dedicated high level Executive Assistant and operational support to our Managing Director, Kirsty Dougan. She also provides administrative support to the board, and partner meetings, as well as supporting with finance administration and internal projects.

Over the years, Julie has developed a strong network of contacts within the north-west business community, and more widely, both personally and in support of her role. She is one of our Mental Health First Aiders and part of the team that leads on issues around wellbeing within the business.

Julie joined Warren Partners in 2002 having worked as a board level Executive Assistant in companies in a variety of sectors, including sports and leisure, pharmaceuticals and technology. At Warren Partners, she has held roles in research and managing assignments.

In her spare time Julie enjoys all things nature, walking with her dogs and supporting a dog rescue charity with which she is involved.
