Drawing on extensive experience across executive search, talent consultancy and coaching, Sam has successfully delivered on senior level search appointments, large-scale succession planning and coaching assignments, often with a global remit. At Warren Partners, she appreciates having the time and opportunity to get to know candidates, find out what motivates them and make a real difference to their careers.

A keen area of interest for Sam has been the work she has done on diversity and inclusion, helping clients make progress in this area and developing their D&I programmes. She is also a member of the Diversity Drivers group within the North West Business Leadership Team (NWBLT).

Sam’s career in recruitment began over 20 years ago and spans both corporate and boutique firms. An Economics graduate, Sam also has qualifications in teaching and coaching. She is passionate about people development, human behaviour and psychology and is a member of the National Council of Psychotherapists.

Outside work, Sam’s time is mostly spent as mum to her three teenagers (where the psychotherapy proves useful!) and whenever possible, getting in a game or two of tennis. She is passionate about travel, different cultures and international cuisine.
