Emily uses well-honed analytical and research skills, developed through her legal training, to discover and engage with talent at executive and board level across multiple sectors. She is naturally curious and enjoys the range of people we encounter at Warren Partners, as well as the many different business challenges client leadership teams are looking to address. Emily is passionate about building diverse boards and leadership teams, with fairness and integrity at the heart.

Before joining Warren Partners, Emily worked in the legal sector for ten years, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2017.

In her spare time, Emily organises a yearly acoustic music and dance festival in Cheshire and enjoys Irish dancing and playing music. She also enjoys travelling, reading, cooking, gardening, and walks with her border collie, Wilson; not forgetting to mention her two feline companions in addition.
