Warren Partners is proud to announce the appointment of Julia Fearn to its Board. With a remarkable journey spanning nine years at the company, Julia’s new role on the Board symbolises her dedication to the firm, its purpose and long-term success by creating value for colleagues, clients, and candidates.
Julia’s ascent to the Board is a natural progression of her impactful tenure at Warren Partners. As a Financial Services Partner, she’s contributed significantly to expanding the firm’s reputation beyond its strong roots in the building society and mutual sector. Today, the Financial Services practice has an excellent reputation in C-suite/Board appointments across multiple sub-sectors, including banking, insurance, investments, and pensions.
A strong advocate for diversity, Julia has consistently prioritised delivering diverse candidate slates, leading to numerous diverse appointments within the Financial Services practice. Her efforts have notably resulted in the appointment of two female FTSE250 Chairs, underlining her commitment to inclusivity in leadership roles. More recently, Julia has established a partnership with Progress Together which aims to drive socio-economic diversity at a senior level across financial services.
Complementing her professional achievements, Julia is currently undertaking the Meyler Campbell Mastered Programme on business coaching and enjoys investing time in mentoring young Partners at Warren Partners, aiding their professional growth and business development.
Outside of work, Julia supports several charities which this year included running the London Marathon with two colleagues for Great Ormond Street Hospital, raising £23,000. She is also an Interview Coach for Smart Works, a UK charity dedicated to empowering women to achieve their career aspirations.
