A well-networked and highly regarded specialist in the finance function, especially chief financial officers, Loveday has a track record of securing female and ethnically diverse talent at this level.

Proactively engaging with diverse and ‘up and coming’ talent is a key focus for Loveday. Her radar is always on, identifying and tracking talent to secure high quality candidate pools and a head start matching candidates to opportunities. Loveday brings energy and focus in bounds to her assignments, but she is grounded and practical too, an effective combination for her role as a mentor for young people at be Leeds Trinity University.

Loveday has spent her entire career working with blue chip executive search firms. Prior to joining Warren Partners, she spent 15 years within the Chief Financial Officer practice of one of the UK’s leading executive search firms focused on delivering senior finance assignments for a wide variety of plc’s, privately and private equity owned organisations, operating across a broad range of industry sectors.

Away from work, Loveday is kept busy with her family and very active children alongside walking her dog and socialising with friends.
