Clare has a passion for her role and a successful track record conducting senior level recruitment searches, including extensive experience of international placements. She is true generalist, with wide-ranging sector experience and success delivering across a diverse client and assignment portfolio. No search is too difficult for Clare: she is consistently able to combine her breadth of experience with a fresh approach to uncover the best candidates for clients. She is a ‘go-to’ person for colleagues, who are always looking for her input and enjoy her sense of fun!
Clare brings over 25 years of executive search experience, working for a boutique search firm and running her own recruitment business prior to joining Warren Partners.
Outside of work, Clare enjoys pub quizzes and is a regular contributor to a local church poetry booklet which raises funds for charity. She is an avid vintage film buff and is an “extremely amateur” gardener.
