Tom provides assured and reliable support to colleagues and clients across our Consumer and Digital practice area, ensuring the smooth running of assignments for both executive and non-executive searches. With a dual role and a keen interest in technology, systems and processes, Tom has a wide-ranging remit which includes managing the day-to-day operations of Warren Partners’ IT and supporting wider business functions from a technology perspective. Tom is passionate about utilising technology to provide our clients and candidates with the best experience.

Tom is one of our longest serving colleagues and is woven into our business. He is a former elected member of our employee-owned trust (EOT), where he was committed to ensuring company decisions are made in the interest of all employees and reflective of our culture, values and purpose.

Before joining Warren Partners, Tom spent three years in a customer service capacity with one of the UK’s largest retailers.

Outside of work, Tom is enjoying life as a new father, a keen mountain biker and amateur golfer.
