Transforming culture – driving recruitment, retention, and integration success through global insights
Warren Partners

Key Objective
Our client, a listed multinational business, had evolved their core product offering in line with both legislation and changes in customer demand. This in turn had meant they had also undergone significant recruitment drive, at all levels of seniority throughout the business, to resource the business accordingly to support the new product offering.
Challenges
The level of transformation from a cultural perspective had been underestimated, and glaring problems with both integration and retention of new hires were presenting a very specific challenge to business performance.
Process
We agreed to conduct a highly confidential study of three other global businesses, who had been through similar transformations, in order to understand how each of these companies had addressed similar challenges. In complete confidentiality, we approached and engaged with multiple stakeholders across these businesses, from board members through to entry level graduates, and asked each of them to provide feedback on a set of carefully constructed questions, pre-agreed with our client. The ultimate objective of this study was to support our client’s ongoing ‘rescue’ initiatives as they embarked on a top to bottom review of the business.
Outcome
A report was presented to our client, detailing feedback from over 490 data points, which was hailed by our client as highly instrumental in re-shaping their approach to recruitment, retention, development, cultural interventions and more.
